UK songbird Adele pulled an 'M.I.A. at the Super Bowl' stunt during her acceptance speech at this year's Brit Awards.
The global superstar -- who won Best British Female and Best British Album -- flashed her middle finger on stage.
According to overseas reports, Adele was peeved because she was cut off by host James Cordon when she was accepting her trophy for Best British Album.
Cordon interrrupted the Grammy Award-winning artist to introduce Blur.
"I flung the middle finger," she reportedly told the BBC. "That was for the suits at the Brit Awards, not my fans. I'm sorry if I offended anyone but the suits offended me."
Adele said she was just about to launch into a huge 'thank you' to her fans.
"I was about to thank the British public for all their support but they cut me off," she said.
"So thank you very much for all your support. It's amazing."
