Vampire Weekend have been forced to upgrade venues in Melbourne and Sydney to meet overwhelming demand for their forthcoming tour.
Younger Melbourne fans of the indie chart-toppers will be delighted to know that the Palace Theatre show scheduled for Wednesday 5 May moves to Festival Hall and is now a licensed All Ages show. The first Melbourne show at Palace Theatre remains an 18+ event.
The Sydney show on Thursday 13 May moves from the Enmore Theatre to the larger Hordern Pavilion and remains an All Ages concert.
Previously purchased tickets for both second shows will still be valid. Tickets for the new venues will be available from Friday 12 March.
